What happens next

Valid notices are actioned promptly: the identified page is taken down or the embed is removed, and the publisher is informed where applicable. Incomplete notices are returned with a note on what is missing.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address including the material identified, the URL where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, and your signature.
