By using Cooking Already (cooking.playalready.com, "the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Cooking Already provides pages around browser-based HTML5 games that run directly in your browser with no download. The Service is free and funded by advertising.
2. Eligibility
The Service is open to users of all ages, though individual games may suit older players. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise younger children. By using the Service you confirm you have the capacity to accept these terms, or that a parent or guardian has accepted them for you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of applicable law
- Interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service's infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use bots or scripts to access the Service abusively
- Scrape, copy or redistribute our original content without permission
- Generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions
4. Intellectual property
The games are the intellectual property of their developers and publishers. Cooking Already claims no ownership of third-party game content; games are embedded through official distribution channels.
The site design, original written content and underlying code are the property of Cooking Already and protected by copyright. Do not reproduce or create derivative works from them without written permission.
5. Third-party content and links
Third-party games and external links are outside our control. Including a game here is not an endorsement of its developer or publisher. Following external links is at your own risk.
6. Advertising
The Service carries advertising, including units served by Google AdSense. Ad units are placed away from the playable game frame so they cannot be mistaken for game controls, in line with Google's placement policies and the Better Ads Standards.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we cannot warrant that any given game works on every device and browser combination.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cooking Already and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cooking Already and its operators against claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may change. Updates are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are resolved through the applicable legal procedures.
