Frequently asked questions
Do the games cost anything?
No. All 294 games run free in the browser. The site is funded by advertising, which is why ad units appear on the page — never inside or over the game frame.
Do I need to install anything or make an account?
No. Each game is an HTML5 embed that loads in the page when you press play. There is no installer, no plugin and no sign-up.
Which games work on a phone?
187 of 294 fit a phone screen without rotating it, and 8 document keyboard-only input, so those need a desktop. Every game page lists the frame size, orientation and recommended device before you press play.
Where do the games come from?
They are embedded from their publishers through the GameDistribution catalog. The developers keep all rights to their games; this site hosts the pages around them, not the games themselves.
How are the categories decided?
The catalog's own category for each game is mapped onto the 5 categories used here: Restaurant Rush (129), Baking & Desserts (53), Fast Food (28), Kitchen Tycoon (58), Prep Station (26).
What are the tag pages for?
Tags come from the publishers. A tag only gets its own page once at least six games carry it — 44 tags clear that bar — so a tag link never drops you on a near-empty list.
How are "more like this" suggestions picked?
By shared tags weighted by how rare each tag is across the library, plus a bonus for the same category. Rare shared tags count for much more than common ones, so the suggestions are not just the most popular games repeated on every page.
A game will not load. What now?
Embeds occasionally break when a publisher moves or retires a title. Report the page URL to fayfantop@gmail.com and it gets checked.
